-Bachelors degree
-10 + years Engineering Experience including 8 years of management experience
-Proven track record and excellent customer relation skills
-Strong Communication Skills
-Excellent Coach and Mentor skills
-Strong financial and analytical skills
-Ability to present in front of a group of people
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Must be physically fit and capable of lifting at least 30 pounds and climbing ladders
-Travel required


-Ensure regional staff is organized and staff is fully utilized
-Provide guidance and oversight to regional Senior Engineers on new business initiatives
-Work with other Director(s) of Engineering to develop ongoing support of the organization
-Work with other Director(s) of Engineering to share resources to keep best staff in from of the client
-Review and develop/approve financial reporting on monthly/quarterly basis
-Lead the execution of continued growth, development and mentoring of Staff
-Provide technical expertise and guidance on large and/or complicated projects within all regions
-Ensure quality control of projects to allow for best possible product to be presented to the client
-Proposal generation and review as required
-Relationship management with new and/or strategic clients
-Any special projects as required
