Human Resources Director (SFHRS 052111austin) Austin, Texas


-A minimum of 10 years of experience in a communications leadership role with a Human Resources Department, an HR Communications Consultancy, or a comparable position is required
-Experience in managing vendors and controlling budgets is also necessary
-Benefit communications experience is a plus
-Must be comfortable advising senior managers/project managers on strategy, tactics, and costs for a broad spectrum of employee communications intended for a global audience
-Must be an imaginative thinker who solves problems with creative and effective solutions while adhering to strict budgets
-Must be a superb writer and editor with an excellent command of English who is able to synthesize complex concepts to clear and simple language
-Provide strategic consultation on HR communications issues as they relate to mergers and acquisitions
-Must have excellent organizational skills with a proven track record in the delivery of HR communications to a global audience


-Working collaboratively with HR leadership team, is responsible for the strategy and direction of all HR communications
-Writes and manages all communications plans for HR initiatives that are written in-house
-Directs the selection of vendors, manages all vendors, and is responsible for all HR communications budgets

-Works collaboratively with HR analyst and communications team to write/prepare all presentations made by the Senior Vice President Human Resources and Communications
