A leading housing association are looking for a HR Shared Service team leader to join their team in central London.
Following the announcement of the merger, this charity has some exciting new opportunities and is seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Team Leader to be responsible for, lead and participate in a team whose responsibility is to deliver administrative support services to the HR Business Partner team and the business.
The HR Shared Service Team leader will support and work as part of the HR administration team, who carrying out the full range of HR administrative processes including. Recruitment and selection, appointments and terminations, contractual variations, sickness absence, annual pay award and benefit schemes, payroll etc.
This role requires excellent HR systems knowledge coupled with advanced experience of using Excel.
