Description:
Awareness of Go to Market strategies and portfolio development
Utilities experience (minimum of 5 years)
Contracted previously (ideally)
Able to work on own initiative with limited direction
Can facilitate large groups of people
Used to working with pan global teams and cultures virtually
ISEB qualified
Comfortable creating slideware and strategic documentation and presenting to C level executives
Demonstrates a Senior BA skillset
Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
Enthusiastic and able to work in ambiguity
Used to working on own and not part of a large team
Versatile
Consults in Business Excellence projects, conducts analyses, identifies strengths and weak points and defines actions for improvement.
-Contributes as a consultant to the accomplishment of Business Excellence projects.
-Analyzes business processes with respect to standardization, simplification, integration and discontinuance.
-Identifies strengths and weak points, defines and recommends improvement actions, and discuss possible action plans with accountable management.
-Contributes to Business Excellence project proposals, calculates cost/benefits, resources and budgets needed and provides respective plans and schedules to customer.
-Supports evaluation and selection of external service providers, by analyzing, tracking and recording scope and quality of services delivered.
-Supports monitoring of improvement effects, triggered by Business Excellence projects, and reporting to all stakeholders.
-Deploys and trains process and method knowledge.
