We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for our client who is a major tire distribution company in North America. The ideal candidate will have strong Leadership capability combined with top notch organizational skills. The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years managing in a warehouse environment optimizing operational productivity.

Job Description:

• Maintain high standards with regards to operational quality (Shipping, Receiving, Logistics)
• Good understanding of operational procedures in Warehouse Environment (Diagnose problems)
• Logistics Management of Tires
• Ensure quality standards are achieved and achieved
• Participate in the development and support of core group employees
• Maintain Health and Safety standards
• Maintain security standard to secure company assets
• Adjust workload according to priorities and unforeseen situations
• Good understanding of operational costs and staff to maintain budget

Requirements:

• Ability to Manage, Prioritize and adjust to unforeseen events
• Hands on approach with Staff leading by example
• Strong Leadership and Organizational skills (Process Management)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• 6 plus years experience as Manager in Warehouse environment
