Our Edmonton branch is growing and we’re looking for a high-energy, Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team!  In this role, you will develop a new client portfolio and assist them to fill their permanent staffing requirements. You will be required to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates driving business forward.

We require Recruiters that deliver productivity, performance and profit to our valuable Clients and Candidates while fitting into our positive atmosphere.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful individual will play the key role in managing and administering Permanent staffing solutions from start to finish. This will include client relationships, candidate sourcing, and administration of client files and candidate human resource functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop Client Base
  • Processing and managing of detailed orders while providing excellent customer service to a diverse client and candidate base
  • Exploring staffing opportunities, calculating price quotes, and following up with inquiries
  • Taking detailed job descriptions and designing and placing recruitment ads specific to client needs
  • Performing candidate resume screening, telephone interviews and face to face interviews as well as administering computer based skills assessments and conducting background and reference checks
