Our client is seeking an experienced Office Assistant that can multi-task as the Office Assistant will be helping out in all areas of the office setting. Answering phones, greeting visitors, collecting and delivery of mail. Signing for packages, memo's and taking notes. Creating documents, filing and other misc. office duties. Position is PART TIME - only 4 days a week from 8-4:30pm and could potentially go 5 days a week in the future
Must have experience and a good personality. Have to be able to adapt to any situation and be quick on your feet! Multi-tasking is key in this role! Again, this position is only 4 days a week from 8:00am - 4:30pm. A resume must be enclosed! Pay-rate is $13.00 hour
