We currently have a Lead Installation Technician open to help service customers with installation of low-voltage type cabling, dial tone, basic switch programming and/or maintenance of communication networks at customer site meeting and meeting/exceeding customers' expectations regarding craftsmanship, documentation and on-time delivery.
This position does require a minimum of 2-3 years experience with voice and data cabling, copper and fiber optic installations, indoor/outdoor fiber and copper feeders, and troubleshooting copper problems including shorts and opens. The ability to troubleshoot loss and bandwidth problems on single-mode and multimode fiber. As well as a general knowledge of WAN and LAN topologies.
To be qualified you must also posses a valid US Wisconsin Drivers' License in good standing, proof of automobile insurance, and the ability to pass a drug screen.
You must also have the ability to read road maps and posses excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
