Marketing Manager (Database) (15249374/002) Basingstoke, England
Advantage Resourcing is seeking a Marketing Manager (Database) for the UK’s leading provider of business process management and integrated professional support service solutions based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. This is a permanent opportunity and the salary is £40,000-£45,000 per annum.

Job Responsibilities:
•Ability to segment and target our addressable market for all marketing activities (campaigns, events etc)
•Tracking leads and conversion to sales opportunity (MQL to SQL) for each marketing activity across all channels
•Taking ownership of the customer data across various Sales & amp; Marketing systems. This approach centres around CRM (MS Dynamics), marketing customer database and email platform (Salesfusion), event booking system (e.g. Eventbrite), website platform (e.g. Embraco), Google Analytics etc
•This role will build a centre of excellence for all marketing analytics and KPIs, i.e. run a marketing operations function for the business
Experience required:
•Experience is database management/marketing analytics with proven track record of innovative campaign strategies
•Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies with a passion for database marketing and customer insight
•Experience working with sales to drive quality leads
•Knowledge of enterprise-level analytics tools, such as Oracle/Siebel is preferred as well as Data Mining tools and Data Visualisation (e.g. Tableau)
•Previous experience with marketing automation (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot), and campaign analysis - HTML is highly desirable
•Associate Degree or Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, mathematics, or other related field or equivalent desirable
