Service Capacity Manager (15249558/001) City of London, England
Advantage Resourcing is seeking a Service Capacity Manager for a Public Sector based in London. This is initially 4 months Contract and the rate is (£450-£600/day) (LTD). (Outside IR35) (Deemed outside IR35 - Please note that the client has determined that the off-payroll working rules will not apply to this assignment.)

Experience and Skills Required
• Knowledge of System Management technologies
• Strong understanding and technical knowledge of multiple standards and tools; ITIL preferably V3 Practitioner qualified, ITSM preferably Remedy
• Proven experience of running an effective IT Availability, Capacity and Performance Management function
• Experience in process ownership and delivering process functions
• Familiarity with Project Management Approaches and the project delivery life cycle
• Familiarity with the SDLC (Service Delivery Life Cycle)
• Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build and manage models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving.
• Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge
• Ability to understand complex network architectures, their components and common challenges
• Ability to Identify and manage or escalate as appropriate capacity service risks and issues in accordance.
• Ability to work closely with Network Engineering & Network Technical Project Manager teams to ensure fast, smooth rollout of new designs and products & collaborate with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles
