Advantage Resourcing is seeking a Business Analyst (Multiple vacancies) for a Financial Services based in Swindon. This is initially 3-6 months contract and the rate is (£400-£500/day) (Ltd) negotiable.
For submission candidates will be requested right to work documentation (passport/visa details) and offers will be subject to relevant credit, criminality and reference checks.
Key Task
•Leading a team of Business Analysts, task managing Business Analysts against plan to achieve delivery targets
•Responsible for the maintenance and reporting against team’s analysis plan for the discovery phase of the Programme (due diligence & screening)
•Ability to actively manage the documentation and reporting of project blockers & RAIDs identified by the team to Lead BA/PM
•Workshop facilitation and end-to-end process mapping
Essential Skills:
•Background in Payment or WTR (Wire Transfer Regs), SEPA, Cards and Payment Processing etc.
•Experience of PCI or regulatory projects preferable
•Strong analytical skills, capable of utilising a variety of tools and techniques suitable for the task deliverables
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
•Task focused and able to work to tight deadlines under pressure
•Ability to identify, articulate and document risks and issues
•Experience of user stories preferable
•Experience of working on strategic originations
•Ability to manage change requests
