Advantage resourcing is seeking a Software Developer (C#) for a Defence Company based in Warton. This is initially 8 months contract and the rate is (£42.50/hr) (Ltd). This role will require SC level security clearance therefore you must be willing and able to undergo the clearance process if you don’t already hold SC.
For submission candidates will be requested right to work documentation n (passport) and offers will be subject to relevant credit, criminality and reference checks.
This role is for a Software Developer to join a small team developing a suite of products that make up the Typhoon Engineering Support Subsystem (ESS). The ESS is primarily an Oracle database with .Net (C#/WPF) desktop client and windows tablet software developed using Visual Studio but also contains a number of smaller niche utilities

Key Technical Skills:
• Extensive experience in C#
• Experience with WPF
• Experience in Winforms, Oracle, ClearCase, VB6 desirable
• Understanding of TFS, Coded UI, COM, .Net Interop, SQL, XML (XSD/XSLT), Entity Framework, Rational Robot would be advantageous
