As a graduate recruiter, you’ll manage and develop the strategy for Infrastructure and Chief Operating Office (COO) graduate recruitment. Partnering regionally and globally for graduate recruitment activities, you’ll be responsible for business stakeholder relationship management and engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing the graduate recruitment strategy and implementation of the Infrastructure and COO lines of business planning
  • Partnering with line of business recruitment committees to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders and driving recruitment strategies as appropriate
  • Managing graduate internal and external stakeholders
  • Partnering with Asia Pacific (APAC) and United States (US) regional leads to ensure globally consistent efforts on campus, which leverage off each other
  • Overseeing school strategy and marketing activities
  • Ensuring the Internship programme management and conversion process
  • Supporting and implementing best practices around Global Operating Principles and governance
  • Building and managing divisional budgets as part of regional activity submissions
  • Reviewing return on investment (ROI) of programmes and activities
  • Providing programme management including rotation and placement management  

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience within Financial Markets/Services (beneficial)
  • Graduate market expertise
  • Regional University market knowledge
  • Programme Management experience
