A manufacturing business based in Whitby is recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their finance team on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will be available at short notice.
A competitive hourly rate is on offer.
The successful Finance Assistant will be required to support a busy accounts team across several areas.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, key responsibilities will include:
- High volume invoicing
- Payment runs
- Matching purchase orders
- Cashbook payments
- Ad hoc finance duties as required by the Finance Manager
We are keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience working in a busy finance team. Previous experience using Sage would be advantageous.
This role is based in Whitby, commutable from surrounding areas including Scarborough, Malton and Pickering.
