An organisation, based South-East of York, is recruiting for a part-time Payroll Officer to manage their payroll processes.

The expected hours for this role are between 20 – 25 per week and can be worked flexibly to suit the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of all monthly payroll including calculation of deductions
• Distribution of payslips
• Liaising with HMRC
• Keeping up to date with payroll legislation
• Compliance with auto-enrolment pensions

This successful Payroll Officer will be completing a monthly payroll for over 200 employees, experience in an organisation of a similar size, or bigger, would be advantageous.

A payroll qualification such as CIPP would also be advantageous as well as previous experience using Sage Payroll or another payroll system.

This role is based South-East of York, commutable from Driffield, Pocklington, Market Weighton, and surrounding areas.
