This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Finance Assistant to join a fast-paced and exciting industry, within a group of multiple nationwide businesses.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, the Finance Assistant’s key responsibilities will include:

• Management of purchase ledgers, accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Supplier statement reconciliations and dealing with supplier queries
• Adherence and development of the internal control processes
• Maintenance and reconciliation of control accounts including month end reporting and management of the month end process.
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting
• Payroll data collection and input preparation
• Covering other finance duties within the department (sales ledger)

We are really keen to speak with candidates who are currently studying for their AAT qualification. You will be using industry-specific software and must be comfortable picking up new systems.
