A manufacturing business based in Scarborough is recruiting for a Commercial Finance Assistant to join their business on a 12 months fixed-term basis. This position is a maternity cover and the successful candidate will ideally start in late 2019.
The successful Commercial Finance Assistant will responsible for ensuring all processes within the Commercial Finance Department are processed and performed in a timely and accurate manner.
Reporting into the Commercial Finance Operations Manager, key responsibilities will include;
- Creation, review and distribution of Agreement & Claim Workflow approval reports
- Creation, review and distribution of expiring Agreements report
- Invalid claim reporting and tracking
- Entry of approved pricing using SAP
- Ad-hoc duties as requested by Commercial Finance Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global brand, easily accessible from Scarborough and surrounding areas including Bridlington, Driffield and Malton.
The successful Commercial Finance Assistant will be confident learning new systems, you may already have experience of SAP, and be a confident user of MS Excel.
Essentially, the successful candidate will have a finance background and excellent attention to detail.
