Job TitleAssembly Technician 1
LocationNorth America, Minnesota
Assemble assigned jobs at designated workstation. Work from blueprints to assemble and test completed assemblies within allotted timeframe as indicated on Production Control Board. Use a variety of fixtures, hand and power tools and precision measuring devices during operations.



Test completed assemblies to insure conformance with assembly area-specific performance test specifications. Investigate and correct problems noted. Confer with Inspectors as needed on questions regarding part or operation quality.





Requires ability to read, write and interpret prints to complete assemblies. Requires hand dexterity and small motor skills. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand 90% of the day, climb ladders and work at elevated heights. Bending, stooping, twisting is required. Basic math skills and High School diploma or equivalent required. Must have moderate computer usage ability.



Requires the ability to work with prints. Blueprint reading is required.



Soft Skills: Must be able to take direction and be able to work independently. Must be focused on accuracy and detail when working with mechanical assemblies. Willingness to work and to become part of a team is essential



Shift is 6am –4pm M-TH with additional hours as required.
