Branch Office Administrator (95844BR) Cleveland, Ohio

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Your job, as a Branch Office Administrator, is to:

• Support the Branch Manager administratively and all other branch management team, as needed
• Communicate and implement firm administrative guidelines and policies
• Assist in purchasing and facilities management
• Maintain all Human Resources functions, including payroll for support staff
• Support all components of the New Hire process and maintain records, approvals and orientation
• Assist in the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees
• Support and drive strategic firm initiatives in tandem with branch management
• Coordinate and plan branch office business meetings and various activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and project support, as required
• Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
• Maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys
• Review and approve e-time, where applicable
• Coordinate new hire orientations and paperwork process, where applicable
• Arrange and schedule meeting/conference/training venues
• Coordinate and plan branch office business meetings and various activities, as needed
• Schedule appointment/maintain calendar(s)
• Prepare documents and presentation materials
• Make all travel arrangements and prepare travel and expense reports
• Prepare invoices for processing/payment
• Schedule training courses/meetings/appointments, including liaison with internal and external contacts (clients, suppliers, financial advisor's, etc.)
• Adhere to firm administrative and risk management guidelines and policies
• Support and drive strategic firm initiatives in tandem with branch management
