Job Description:
Operating press machines, completing set-ups, quality inspection of parts, and measuring of parts. Will be assembling, installing and aligning dies in multiple press machines according to blueprint or instructions. Will also complete inspection of parts and ensure machines are in appropriate and safe working order.
Qualifications:
-Must have at least 6 years of punch press operation experience (preferred experience with Amadas, Cincinatti’s or LVD machines)
-Must have ability to assemble, install and align dies in multiple press machines according to blueprint instructions
-Must have inspection experience
-Must understand Lockout/tag out procedures
-Experience with Fanuc controls is desired
-Must have set-up experience.
-Must have experience working with micrometers and calipers
-Ability to do perform own change overs of dies.
-Ability to do basic print reading and to use basic quality inspection tools.
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs
-Must be able to read directions
-Must have good communication skills
Shift:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Wage:
$16-$25 per Hour (depending on experience)
