Senior Associate Scientist / Scientist (04282017) Navi Mumbai, India
1.Understanding Process, Safety, Quality and Operations Requirements.
2.Support in planning and scheduling of chemical campaigns
3.Supervising and executing chemical batches
4.Inter and intra department coordination with stakeholders (CRD, ARD, QA, Engineering EHS, vendors) for ASUF operations
5.Preparation and review of GMP and admin documents like batch record, cleaning protocols, campaign summary report, SOPs, monthly report etc.
6.Understand capital or equipment modification requirement and execute at plant
7.Responsible for ASUF upkeep with Engineering and Facility management
8.Ensuring strict adherence to systems including SAP
9.Prepare and face quality and safety audit for compliance
10.Understand Kilo lab and process engineering lab equipment and scale up data including Dynochem
11.Support in Scale up and technology transfer of APIs at contract / In-house facilities.
12.People manager (for ASUF officers)
13.Represent department in various forums through meetings, presentations, etc.
