Quantity Surveyor required for one of the UKs top housebuilders, the role will be based in their Stockton-on-Tees office covering sites throughout Teesside and North Yorkshire. The successful candidate will join a stable but growing commercial team within the office.
This role will also suit an Assistant QS looking to make the step up to QS.
The salary is £35,000-£45,000 per annum dependant on experience. Benefits include - car allowance or car, Share scheme, bonus and private health care.
