This position is responsible for managing the resources as well as the strategic, organizational and administrative activities required for the successful operation of Continuous Improvement activities across the Purdue Pharma business. Partner with the business units, serving as experts in the areas of process improvement, metrics and reporting, and where appropriate providing optimal technical solutions guidance to support business processes. The most critical deliverables over the next 12-24 months are: (a) completion of the product complaints analysis, (b) deliver the LSO Optimization project for compliance training processes, (c) Licensing and Business Development process improvement, (d) Contractsphere processes for Medicare and government contract and rebates and (e) IT Service Management processes.
