Provide the design, implementation and management support of Computing Infrastructures and Applications within the Purdue IT environment. Principle accountabilities include providing Technology Solutions to advance the Business. This group also sets technical priorities, standards and procedures and provides expertise in the area of computer technology, business processes, application development, project quality, systems validation and training. Responsible for the system configuration, testing and production support of the SAP HCM Modules to ensure accurate, timely, complete and proactive results as well as function as a business process expert to the HR IT manager. The incumbent must be highly versatile in SAP HCM modules with full installation of the SAP E-Recruiting ECC 6.0 environment. Experience in 5.0 or ECC 6.0 implementations/upgrades including requirements definition, capture and documentation of AS-IS, TO-BE process design. This position is responsible for development & analysis of Functional Specifications interacting with business, technical and basis teams. The incumbent must have excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Additionally a minimum of 8 years of SAP HR and/or E-Recruiting HCM design & analysis, business blueprint, configuration and implementation in multiple projects for large-scale HCM environments. The incumbent is responsible for documenting & presenting standard SAP E-recruiting functionality to project teams. Work with the SAP security team on developing internal and external roles required for system security. Must have hands on configuration and knowledge of E- recruiting best practices and data models. Experience with full deployment of HCM including the following areas: E-Recruiting configuration, Enterprise Portal, TREX, Applicant flow, reporting and security. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Principle accountabilities include providing Technology Solutions to advance the Business. Communication and articulate effectively standard SAP compensation and performance management functionality to Project teams, Business Leads, and end-users. Lead annual projects through all phases with strong ability to understand business processes and translate in SAP system customizing. Able to produce the technical design document for the E-Recruiting processes. Develop and write test cases for scenario testing and integration testing.
