1. Ensure the success of the eMarketing programs for Key Prescription Brands.
a. Partner with the Brand Product Management Team, the Brand Business Unit and the Director of eMarketing to create the Brand Overall eMarketing Plan Programs and Materials
Manage the creation of an HCP specific eMarketing plan materials
Manage the creation and deployment of an online DTC Brand Plan materials
Contribute to the annual eMarketing plans
Ensure the Overall eMarketing plan is integrated and coordinated with the offline customer specific plans
b. Manage the content development strategy and deployment for the Brand.com Website
c. Manage the content development strategy and deployment for the PurdueHCP.com portal site
d. Manage the creation and deployment of online Sales Representative tools
e. Manage the online media advertising strategy for HCPs and Consumers
f. Drive the adoption of eMarketing Best Practices

2. Create and coordinate the production and development of eMarketing materials by partnering with Purdue employees and agencies
Manage Digital Agencies assigned to support Brand activities
Partner with Purdue Brand Management to continuously understand and contribute to Brand objectives
Partner with members of the eMarketing group and the Marketing Department to develop and execute eMarketing plans
Partner with other Purdue Department members to develop eMarketing programs and tactics
Partner with MRL Review Team to achieve the timely approval of online content and materials as well as completing the annual review of all eMarketing materials

3. Conduct pre- and post-marketing field research of eMarketing materials and report on insights and recommendations
Annual visitor surveys and reviews of Brand Websites
Partner with Purdue Market Research to conduct research and measure impact
Observe the use of online sales support tools and make recommendations for improvement of the tools
Make recommends to Brand Management on new tools and strategies to adopt

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Level Degree required. MBA preferred.

Required Experience & Technical Requirements

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Marketing and eMarketing experience within the Pharmaceutical industry.
Direct-to-physician advertising and/or marketing activities experience
Demonstrated ability to project manage multiple, parallel projects
Pharmaceutical regulatory environment experience

Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of Pharmaceutical sales experience
Track record of developing relationships with marketers
Development and management of measurement programs for digital campaigns and programs
Proven integrated communications experience and an understanding of the importance of digital communications as part of an integrated strategy
