This highly regarded national firm is seeking to recruit an experienced Insolvency Lawyer with at least 7 years PAE. Your practice will encompass matters relating to the Corporations legislation, bankruptcy, State and Federal trade practices legislation, negligence and contractual disputes.
This role will suit an ambitious, resilient and outgoing lawyer who wants to be client facing and take direct instructions from the client. Insolvency experience and a stable work history from another established city law firm are also important.
