Job Description:
Under direct supervision, this job provides support to claim personnel through a variety of non-complex, routine tasks. The individual is expected to deliver compassionate service that is fast, fair, and easy, to ensure customer retention.
Admin Support
Performs clerical duties, including data entry, filing paper documents, email, calendar management, and word processing
Retrieves, prints and faxes, or mails supporting documentation to vendors or others as directed
Process, sort, index and route incoming and outgoing communications related to claim operations
Receive, screen and route telephone calls and other electronic correspondence
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent with no previous experience
Good organization skills with timely follow-up skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a professional environment
Performs routine, non-complex tasks under direct supervision
Limited independent evaluation and ingenuity required
