Client Service Manager

This Top Tier Asset Management firm is looking for a Client Service Manager to join their team.
This individual will cover a variety of functions ranging from maintaining a consistence, scalable and controllable service model which means EMEA Retail clients’ key needs. You will be serving as a point of escalation for complex or cross functional client service issues facilitating diagnosis and resolution of issues.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Co-ordinating/supporting quarterly senior reviews of services provided by Business Operations and EMEA Retail clients
• Reviewing key Retail client SLAs and drive appropriate action to redress any key issues by changing SLAs, implementing appropriate monitoring programmes
• Providing appropriate representation for Business Operations at Client meetings and due diligence visits
• Establishing and enhancing strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the business
• Identifying training needs within Retail and Business Operations which will help improve knowledge and awareness and lead to enhanced client service

The successful candidate is likely to have:

• Experience in the fund management industry with exposure to a variety of operational and client service functions
• Strong understanding of end to end client life-cycles
• Ability to analyse and present data in a concise style
• Previous exposure to the client sales process for Retail distributors
• Retail product knowledge
• Change management experience
• Additional languages – German, French, Italian, Polish and/or Swedish (desirable)
