The role…
The ideal candidate would be an experienced Bosun with an OOW looking to step up to the Second Officer role. They should have a wide range of product knowledge, painting and maintenance, experience in ISM, Bridge procedures and confident in holding a navigational watch. A strong leader to manage the deck team and be able to hit the ground running. Confident in driving jet and out board tenders ranging from 7-10m. At least 3-5 years in the industry with proven longevity.
