We have an exciting opportunity for an Recruitment Operations Manager, overseeing multiple onsite contracts across the UK.

You may have or are currently working for a logistics or food manufacturing company and be considering a new challenge in the recruitment sector

 As an Recruitment Operations Manager you will need to have:

  • Excellent relationship and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable strategic and forward planning within a fast paced high volume labour environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads which continually change
  • The ability to report critical information accurately and to tight deadlines
  • IT skills in Word and Excel
  • A Full UK driving license

 Details:

  • Salary: Up to £45k package, including KPI bonus 
  • Location: National
  • Duration: Permanent

Role of an Recruitment Operations Manager:

  • Management and overseeing of high volume onsite managed service contract locations
  • Development and management of associated onsite teams
  • Development of good working relationships with customers and identify business opportunities
  • Work with clients to ensure the demands of the contract and needs of the client are met through planning for peak and delivery of KPIs
  • Maintenance of quality and ISO procedures in line with Standard Operating Procedures to ensure effective, positive quality audit results
  • Conformance to all statutory employment and contractual legislation
  • Management of site productivity and recording or KPI measures across the accounts
  • Management of all Administration duties inclusive of prompt delivery of Time Management & Attendance methods to facilitate Pay rolling of all Temporary Workers
  • Applying disciplinary measures where necessary following agreement with HR
