Business Development Director

We are recruiting for a National Business Development Director for our onsite managed services division.

Single Resource is one of the UK's leading onsite managed service providers. This is an opportunity to join a winning and expanding team and a business with ambitious yet realistic growth targets to exceed £150m turnover by 2020. You will report directly to the Managing Director and ave the flexibility to cover the UK for new and existing sales opportunities. 

Requirements of a Business Development Director

  • Have the confidence and ability to communicate to board Director level.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Telesales experience and ability to present via power point to senior management teams.
  • Strong personal drive and ambition interests especially when working alone. 

Details:

  • Salary: £50,000-£70,000 based bonus and company car/allowance.
  • Hours of work: Monday – Friday 40hrs per week with flexibility to the business
  • Location: Working from home or local office with regular meetings at our head office in Walsall
  • Duration: Permanent 

Role of a Business Development Director:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within high volume temporary labour contracts.
  • Research and identify new leads and prospects.
  • Proactively promote the services and benefits of Single Resource to prospective clients.
  • To canvass by telephone any potential customers to establish opportunities and arrange meetings .
  • Supporting the Business support team in Tender writing and forth coming presentations.
  • Deliver against annual revenue budgets
