Aministration Lead - Industrial - Engineering
You will be responsible for delivering Payroll, Commercial, Safety, Training and general administrative support.
Maintain and administer the valuation process
Ensuring valuation data is accurately processed
Maintain Safety dashboards
Maintain safety and training data bases including arrangement of all training
Co-ordination of all allocation, timesheet and payroll systems and carry out weekly reconciliation.
Assist all departments on general administration duties
Ensure all administration duties are completed in line with BUK site and corporate expectations
Respond to wage queries in compliance with CMS and ensure these are dealt with in a timely manner
Produce weekly Working Time Directive compliance reports.
Maintain holiday/ absence tracker reports
Produce and process weekly agency spreadsheets detailing confirmed hours and payments due as required
Liaise with administration team to ensure accurate allocation of hours expended
Work within SAP to update and obtain required information
Work within I - Plan to update and obtain required information
Creation of workflow charts to improve the symbolic representation of a process
Proven track record in CI plan implementation in particular improving efficiencies and duplication within office systems and processes
Maintain F91 Scaffolding register
Administrate annual turnarounds, including JTD documentation updates, resource reports, JTD printing, I Plan progress reports.
Ensuring administration team support all departmental needs relating to administration support.
Raise and record PO's to enable client billing.
Update Contract KPI data.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Essential: Advanced Excel Skills (pivot tables) / A*-C Grade GCSE in English and Maths /
You should have 5 years administration experience
Desirable: SAP experience / Industry experience / A-Level in Maths
