We are searching for a 30 hours per week Administrative Coordinator for our client located in Richmond, BC.
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring service to customers is met. You will ensure costs are minimized; provide customer service function, manage records involved in claims, update records systems, and provide management updates on operational performance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Payroll processing
- Admin duties such as fielding telephone calls, monitoring emails, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies
- POD reports- following up on PODs
- Logging customer interactions consistently and accurately
- Following established daily basic routine
- Making sure drivers/brokers have all their paperwork in order, collecting their data and report it to the manager
- Tracking and updating systems
Qualifications:
- Minimum of secondary education
- Previous transportation or admin experience is preferred
- Advanced communication skills
- Computer skills
- Demonstrates customer relation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
- Proficient in English both written and verbal. Other languages are an asset
