Desktop Systems Specialist 1 Up to $33/hr Pay Rate - This is an upgrade project

Job Description
- Responsible for the staging, imaging, and deployment of new desktop/laptop machines and migration of user data
- Support Windows 10 OS and Computer Upgrades
- Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues
- Manage trouble tickets. This includes tracking resolution progress and updating customers on ticket status
- Must be able to carry over 15 pounds.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of related work experience, or AA degree, or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A+ Certification
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM imaging
- Technical expertise & skills to upgrade laptops to a Windows 10 Operating System
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
- Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge
- Experience supporting HP and Dell hardware
- Working experience with replacing and/or upgrading an end user from one system to another
- Ability to utilize remote tools such as remote assistance and teamviewer
- Great customer facing skills - customer service & dependability
- Relatable and responsible when interacting with ALL customers
Project work slated through end of 2019
Work days/hours: M-F 7am-4pm
