One of the North West’s leading law firms, employing 150 people across all areas of the legal profession is currently seeking a talented individual to join their team.
Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience of maintaining and developing Proclaim case management software
- Ideally with some experience of IT support/help desk role
Skills/Competencies
- Extensive knowledge of developing/maintaining Proclaim, including the use of Workflow
- Database maintenance
- Workflow maintenance
- Advanced reporting
- SQL maintenance
- Autoroutines
- Import/Exports and Screen Designer
- A2A Portal integration
- Secure Docs E-Signatures
- IT support
- Knowledge of supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

Hours
- Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm with a lunch break of one hour each day
