Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 – LogicApps - Swindon
Technical Consultant Required for a UK based logistics company. My client is looking for an experienced Technical Consultant to come on board to be part of a team of 8 people who are responsible for warehouse management, IT services, transport systems and more.
This role will be based in Swindon however some travel to Stroud and Andover should be expected. This client is ideally looking for someone to start immediately.
Key Skills Required:
- Background using MS Dynamics CRM/365 from an end user perspective and supporting the workflows, custom entities, business rules and customer on-boarding
- Experience with Logic Apps and Azure
- Experience with managing escalated incidents, resolving high priority tickets that have been escalated from customer as well as operations staff
- Experience with either transport management systems or warehouse management systems
- Hands-on Team leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a small team
- Extensive customer and stakeholder management skills
- Clear verbal and written communications.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous Logistics background
