Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the supplier base, using categorisation, segmentation, evaluation, etc. to establish the appropriate levels of relationship
- Prepare and report KPI development to key stakeholders
- Lead or support large/regional/global sourcing projects or ad-hoc purchases within the segment
- Execute agreements with suppliers during production and after production for Revenue segments
- Monitor, identify and mitigate risks
- Forecast cost evolution for scope of responsibility
- Manage and negotiate product/processes changes during production phase, and pro-production phase for Revenue segments
Requirements:
- Purchasing experience, preferably in automotive
- Purchasing and negotiation experience
- Master’s degree in Science or Business Administration
- High verbal and written fluency in English and Japanese
