Our customer is seeking an Administrative Assistant that has strong skills in Quick Books, also - performing paperless accounting, electronic filing, payroll, preparing tax returns, data entry, excellent phone and customer service skills, also a good accounting/book keeping background would be highly preferred. Temp - Perm Assignment.
Seeking full time position ( approx. 35 hrs. a week). Experienced in all aspects of a professional Office environment. Quick Books, data entry, Proficient in Excel, MS Office Suite. Ability to proof read documents and revise into a professional document.
