A small company in the West Sacramento area is looking for an experienced and polished office assistant. This person will be working with a tightly knit group of individuals. The right person will have a can-do attitude and will take tremendous pride in their work.
- The right person will learn our business – general knowledge of what we do and why
- Answer phone – determine customers’ needs and who can best help them
- Help Walk-In customers (back-up to front office)
- Accounts Payable Filing, matching PO’s to invoices and pulling documentation for check runs
- AR: post receipts (checks, credit cards and cash), check filing, sales journal, Check commissions reports for payments, mail out invoice copies for past due accounts
- Scheduling appointments
- Help manage job calendar
- Take work orders from techs as needed
- Maintain files and office organization
- Order Office Supplies
