Our client, a successful independent Trust company with offices conveniently located on the outskirts of St Peter Port in Guernsey is seeking a Trust & Company Accountant.
Reporting directly to the Senior Accounting Manager and Financial Director, the role holder will undertake bookkeeping and accounts preparation for a mixed portfolio of Trust & Companies, and provide cover and support for other accountants.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide accurate and well presented accounts within the agreed deadlines in accordance with the policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have prior practical accounting experience in a financial institution or professional services with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues on a daily basis. Knowledge of Acumen is desirable but not essential.
Qualified or part qualified: AAT / CAT / ACCA
