In this key role the successful individual will manage the board servicing aspect for a portfolio of Guernsey and non-Guernsey, listed and unlisted entities.
The successful appointee will build relationships with the Boards and clients, ensuring that full service offering is managed and delivered efficiently and effectively. They will advise clients on all relevant corporate governance issues and arrange execution of entity documentation.
The ideal candidate will hold at least 5 years’ experience in a similar corporate governance, relationship management or board servicing role. A good knowledge of the offshore fund industry and the London Stock Exchange is essential.
