We are keen to hear from candidates that use innovative techniques to motivate and inspire learners.
Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
• Must hold a relevant teaching qualification.
• Must have an assessors award.
• Must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must have experience delivering levels 1- HND in Mechanical Engineering including Electrical Principles, PLC’s, Mechanical Principles, Engineering Science, Hydraulic & Pneumatics and CAD.
• Have good organisational and planning skills.
• Plenty of enthusiasm and the ability to motivate learners.
• Willingness to provide outstanding support for learners.
• Extensive knowledge of your subject area.
• Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to learner achievement and quality.
