Protocol is pleased to be working alongside an educational establishment in the Surrey area, who require a Construction Technician for a permanent position starting ASAP. The college are looking for a candidate who have construction qualifications at level 2 or above and have a construction/maintenance operations background, understanding the basic principles. Candidates will be enthusiastic and self-motivated. This role will be supporting students in their learning of practical skills by supporting them in workshop, classroom or laboratory activities.


To be suitable for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria;
• Hold a minimum level 2 Construction qualification.
• Have experience of supporting Construction students within FE
• Have good organisational and planning skills.
• Plenty of enthusiasm and the ability to motivate students.
• Willingness to provide outstanding support for learners
• Extensive knowledge of your subject area.
• Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to student achievement and quality.
