Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 dependant on qualifications and experience

Protocol is working on behalf of a leading Further Education College in the Cambridgeshire area, who require a Painting & Decorating Assessor for a permanent role starting as soon as possible. The college are looking for a candidate who is able to assess students up to level 3 within Painting & Decorating on an full time basis.

To be suitable for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria;
• Hold a relevant assessing qualification (Level 3 Assessing Certificate, TAQA or A1)
• Hold a minimum level 3 in Painting & Decorating qualification.
• Have at least 5 years relevant industrial experience
• Have good organisational and planning skills.
• Plenty of enthusiasm and the ability to motivate learners.
• Willingness to provide outstanding support for learners
• Extensive knowledge of your subject area.
• Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to learner achievement and quality.
