Protocol is pleased to be working alongside a leading Further Education provider to recruit an experienced Senior Regional Administrator.

Working in a vibrant and positive learning environment, you will provide support for the Regional Director and other members of the Regional Leadership Team.

We are keen to hear from hardworking candidates that can work on their own initiative.

Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
• Acting as a key contact point for stakeholders and managers across the region.
• To maintain and manage the diaries of the Regional Directors and all members of the regional leadership team as required
• Professional and timely preparation of agendas, papers and PowerPoint presentations for senior management meetings
• Attendance at Senior Management meetings to produce minutes and follow up actions
• Co-ordination of events and conferences, including booking venues and coordination / communication of arrangements to delegates.
• Administration of expense, mileage, credit card returns and purchase orders in line with financial procedures
• Complex email management and prioritisation, screening calls, booking meeting rooms, managing routine correspondence, car parking, hospitality, IT, travel, stationery ordering and dealing with post
• Cover for other members of the Business Support Team when required
• To be responsible for maintaining a robust and auditable filing system
• Any other ad hoc work deemed appropriate as directed by Cluster Manager or Department Leads.
