Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
• Experience and proven track record in managing support services for learners with sensory impairments, social & emotional issues, mental health issues, physical disabilities and medical conditions.
• Successful and proven track record in delivering staff development training on equality and diversity and safeguarding issues Identifiable personal achievements in disability field
• Hold a minimum level 3 qualification in specialist area.
• Have good organisational and planning skills.
• Plenty of enthusiasm and the ability to motivate learners.
• Willingness to provide outstanding support for learners
• Extensive knowledge of your subject area.
• Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to learner achievement and quality.
