Protocol works in partnership with a large number of providers from across the education sector ranging from large Further and Higher Education Colleges, through to specialist training providers and Sixth Form Colleges. Each year Protocol plays a part in the delivery of over 2 million hours of teaching and assessing and management solutions.

The Candidate Resource Team play an integral role in sourcing and cross selling candidates. This is very much a candidate driven role.

Salary £16,000 - £17,500 (dependent on recruitment experience) plus “OTE” £4,000 (uncapped bonus scheme)
In addition to the uncapped commission scheme, we also have ongoing incentives.
