The Job
To provide support for all learners in the Foundation Learning classes, and also to support the department create a welcoming, supportive and engaging learning environment for all the Foundation Learning students, both full and part-time. The role will include an element of attendance checking, motivating and engaging with both learners and parents outside the classroom to support our desire to improve retention and achievement data in line with the College’s ambition to become Outstanding.

Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will have experience of working with SEMHD - Social, Emotional & Mental Health difficulties.
