Salary:	JPY5000000 - JPY6000000 per annum

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with regional and global teams as well as external partners
Ensure IT retail best practices and processes
Ensure full operation of local IT assets
Solve technical issues remotely or arrange on-site third-party support
Identify and fix hardware and software faults
Conduct software upgrades

Requirements:

Experience in retail and office IT support
Expertise in standard office computer hardware, software, peripherals, and office equipment
Understanding of IT systems in a retail and office environment
Knowledge of new IT trends in the retail industry
Ability and willingness to travel to remote sites
Fluent level Japanese and English
