Progressive Global Energy is working with a Developer who looking for a Project Manager with a Construction background working for Contractors to support their Hotel Project in Dubai.

The project is a 5* Hotel project based in Dubai which is on the finishing stages. (9 - 12 months work but could be extended).

This will be working for the Developer but is looking for a hands on, site based Delivery / Construction Project Manager to walk the site, manage a small team of 6 - 7 other managers and see the project through to completion. Below is a few more details about the project & profile of the

Delivery Manager they need:

• 15 - 25+ Years experience in Construction Management
• Must have fit out experience on high-end Building projects, preferably Hotel's
• Preferably from a Building Contractor background as the role is not looking for an office based PM from consultant side
• Management experience on high pressure jobs within the Construction, Building sector
• The project will be fitting out & finishing around 700+ Hotel rooms
• This will be working 11 day fortnight, site based
• Must be readily available as the current Delivery Manager is leaving this week
